RETURN

To avoid excessive shipping and save nature, we hope you choose your item(s) carefully and check the size guide for each item before choosing your size the first time. However, we understand that buying online can be tricky, and sometimes the item is not as expected, no matter how thoughtful we make purchases.

You can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging in perfect condition. Gift cards are not refundable.

We charge a 5€ return fee, which will be deducted from the refund to the customer. Product exchange is free of charge on the first exchange of the order.

Note! If you have received free delivery charges for an order over 100€ and the order is returned so that the total amount of the order is less than 100€, we will deduct the original delivery costs from the refundable amount.

For uncollected parcels, we have to charge a 10€ return and handling fee.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange the product for another size without placing a new order. Please return the product to us according to the return instructions and include a packing list with the exchange details. When the return arrives in our warehouse, we will send you the desired replacement product, and you will receive a notification by email. If the product is not available, we will contact you.

In Finland:

You can make a return by sending the product back to us using the instructions below.

1. Pack the item(s) in the parcel

2. Include the original packing slip or a handwritten note with your order number in the parcel. This is just to help our warehouse identify the returned order.
   
   

3. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. 
   If you have not received a return label, return your parcel using Posti return code and following address:

4. Return the parcel to the Posti & save the receipt of the shipping. 

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to process your refund. You will receive a refund notification in your email once the refund has been processed. 
If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it.

In EU: 

• Contact us on customercare@wearnepra.com so that we can send you the return label and give you detailed instructions for returning from your country.
• Send following information to us by email

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order. It can take up to 3 weeks to process your refund (includes parcel shipment to warehouse). You will receive a refund notification in your email once the refund has been processed. 
If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it. 

In Switzerland & Norway:

You can make a return by sending the product back to us using the instructions below.

1. Pack the item(s) in the parcel

2. Include the original packing slip or a handwritten note with your order number in the parcel. This is just to help our warehouse identify the returned order.

   Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

4. Save the receipt of the shipping. 

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order. It can take up to 4 weeks to process your refund, depends how long shipping takes. You will receive a refund notification in your email once the refund has been processed. 
If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it.
