The biggest business goal, when the idea of Népra sprang to life in February 2015, was to create an activewear brand based on kindness and doing things differently. At first, it seemed like a utopia for us and we didn’t know if our plan was realistic.

Népra's core business value is kindness

We have now four years of Népra behind us, and you might be curious to know how our soft values are working in the harsh business world. We are happy to tell you we have been able to create a brand that stands steadily on its values and doesn’t make compromises on them.

For us, our whole business is about real partnerships and kindness. We want to know the faces behind our clothing. We rather have something sold-out for a while than push our partners to be faster. The process of creating new items or production takes as long as it takes, and we are flexible with our launch and restock deadlines. We create timeless, durable and perfectly fitting activewear without seasons and we hope you find value in them no matter what time of the year it is.

We also want to know the people we are cooperating, and in four years, we have found amazing people to walk the journey with. We are grateful for our Népra Team athletes who represent not just Népra but our values in their communities. We are thankful for our long term partnerships such as the one with Aissa & Jukka from the Weekendbee.

Even though there might be doubters, we strongly believe, kindness is the only way of doing things right. Our partners, followers, and people wearing Népra thank us for what we do and how we are doing it. We treasure this as our most valuable asset beyond everything else, and we believe it is something very special.
