We raise our prices and our warehouse is moving
Many changes are coming at once, but we want to be transparent and tell you openly what is happening and why.
PRICES
Due to the significant rise in the cost of fabrics, sewing, and logistics in recent years, we are faced with the urgent need to adjust our pricing. This is essential for us to sustain our operations and continue providing you with high-quality products.
Finnish VAT will rise on 1.9.2024 so this is our signal to make price changes now.
What will change?
- We increase the prices of our products
- We increase delivery costs (and add more options)
- We no longer offer free returns (only free exchanges)
We are making these changes to ensure the sustainability and profitability of our business. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition.
The price increase will apply to all of our products and delivery costs. Our online store will be closed on Sunday 1.9. due to the update and will reopen on 2.9. with the new prices.
All new prices and updated information on delivery methods, exchanges, and returns will be available in the online shop on Monday, 2 September.
You can still order Népra products at current prices until the end of August 2024.
WAREHOUSE
Our warehouse will also be moving at the end of August.
We want to continue offering you fast deliveries and more flexible and personalized service, and we found a perfect partner for that—our new warehouse located in Turku, Finland.
The move will take place between 28 and 31 August, so orders placed during this period will be sent from 2 September.
