We are back with plogging
Last year we introduced you and ourselves to plogging which is a Swedish eco-friendly running trend that combines jogging and picking up ("plocka up") trash on the way. We were able to gather a great number of people around our mission, and together we already cleaned up so many streets, forests, and beaches. However, the mission is not fully accomplished yet, and we have faced new challenges to be overcome.
Since the outbreak of the global pandemic, we have unfortunately faced a growing amount of litter in the environment with new types of trash. More and more people are heading into the wilderness leaving more than their footprint into nature: litter. Everywhere we go, we see disposable face masks, cigarette filters, fast food wrappers - and all kinds of plastics that are dangerous for wildlife and harmful for nature.
We challenge you to join our forces #beefrogplogging
This year we are stronger than ever before. Together with our reseller Weekendbee, we gathered our forces against the plastic enemies in nature, and now we call for more trash troopers for the battle against plastic pollution.

How to enter the challenge
- Gear up with a sporty outfit, trash bag, and pair of gloves
- Go out for a walk or run and pick up the litter you see - only those that won’t hurt you
- Share your adventure on Instagram using: #beefrogplogging @wearnepra @weekendbee (story or feed post)
You have time to participate until the 20th of June. On the 21st of June, we will draw 3 winners. Each winner gets two gift cards worth 100€; one to Népra and one to Weekendbee online store.
